Step 1
What gets checked
Every asset is reviewed across four check categories. Findings are ranked by severity — Legal → Reputational → Sensitivity → Best Practice.
Cultural & Regional checks
Checks your asset against the cultural, religious, and legal norms of each geographic market you select. Coverage spans 10 regions, with country-level overrides. Also checks religion-specific norms independent of geography — Islamic, Jewish, Hindu, Buddhist, Christian, and Sikh audiences evaluated wherever they live.
Brand & Policy checks
Checks the asset against your uploaded brand guidelines and compliance documents — not a generic rulebook. When a flag is raised, it cites the exact clause in your document. Surfaces brand-versus-market conflicts so a human reviewer can decide.
Rights & IP signals
Scans for competitor logos, brand marks, and trademarked imagery that may have appeared unintentionally. Also flags copyrighted artwork, recognizable faces without clear consent context, and content that may raise IP questions in target markets. Background music is identified where possible and flagged for rights verification — identification does not confirm a license.
Strategy alignment (Brief Alignment)
Checks whether the finished creative delivers the approved strategy brief — audience, key message, tone, and required elements. Upload the asset and the approved brief; Sawyer documents whether the work meets the spec.

Step 2
The human review layer
On Verified, Priority, and Enterprise plans, every report enters a human review queue, where a specialist reviewer confirms, dismisses, edits, or adds flags before anything is approved. Starter and trial reports are AI analysis only.
- —Reviewers confirm, dismiss, edit, or add flags
- —Approval stamps the reviewer's name and a timestamp
- —Every report labels each flag by its verification status — AI Analysis or Human-verified
Step 3
The client portal
Once a report is approved, share it with your client through a secure link — no account required on their side.
- —Clients see a read-only report and mark each flag Pass or Fix
- —Legal flags require explicit acknowledgment before proceeding
- —Links expire after 15 days and can be revoked anytime

Step 4
AI Fix
A flag doesn't mean starting over. AI Fix works across asset types — generate a corrected image, rewrite a flagged text passage in a document or deck, or correct slide copy directly in the report.
Flag detected
An issue is flagged in your report — a visual element, a text passage, or a slide.
Click AI Fix
Open the fix flow directly from the finding. Available for images, documents, and presentations.
Enter a prompt
Describe the correction, or use the suggested fix text provided by the analysis.
Generate the fix
For images, AI produces a corrected version of the asset. For documents and copy, AI rewrites the flagged text passage. For presentations, flagged slide text is corrected in place.
Compare before / after
Review the original and the corrected version side by side before committing.
Accept or try again
Keep the fix, or regenerate with a new prompt until the result is right.
Credits are consumed only when a fix is generated — browsing flags and comparing versions is free.
How long does analysis take?
