How CulturalLens works
Five specialist AI agents scan every asset in parallel. On Preflight, Clearance, and Enterprise plans, a human cultural compliance specialist verifies every report before it reaches your client.
Think of CulturalLens as your cultural preflight check — the step between creative completion and market launch that catches what your team might miss.
What you can analyze
CulturalLens covers the full range of campaign deliverables — from static imagery to broadcast-ready video and audio spots. Expand each type to see what's checked, how long it takes, and what it costs.

Step 1
The five analysis layers
Every asset runs through five specialist agents in parallel. Their findings are merged, de-duplicated, and ranked by severity.
Regional Agent
Checks your asset against the cultural, religious, and legal norms of each geographic market you select. Coverage spans 10 regions, with country-level overrides that apply stricter local rules where they exist.
Culture Agent
Checks religion-specific norms independent of geography. Islamic, Jewish, Hindu, Buddhist, Christian, and Sikh audiences are evaluated wherever they live in the world, not just where a religion is the majority.
Legal & Policy Agent
Checks the asset against your own uploaded compliance documents, not a generic rulebook. When it raises a flag, it cites the exact clause in your document that the asset violates.
Brand & Creative Agent
Checks your uploaded brand guidelines for tone, visual identity, and creative alignment. It also powers conflict detection — surfacing cases where a brand-approved element clashes with a market rule, so a human can decide.
IP Agent
Scans for competitor logos, brand marks, and trademarked imagery that may have appeared unintentionally. Also flags copyrighted artwork, recognizable faces without clear consent context, and content that could trigger IP disputes in target markets.

Step 2
The human review layer
On Preflight, Clearance, and Enterprise plans, every report enters a human review queue, where a reviewer confirms, dismisses, edits, or adds flags before anything is approved. Starter and trial reports are AI analysis only.
- —Reviewers confirm, dismiss, edit, or add flags
- —Approval stamps the reviewer's name and a timestamp
- —Every report labels each flag AI-detected vs Human-verified
Step 3
The client portal
Once a report is approved, share it with your client through a secure link — no account required on their side.
- —Clients see a read-only report and mark each flag Pass or Fix
- —Legal flags require explicit acknowledgment before proceeding
- —Links expire after 30 days and can be revoked anytime
Step 4
Fix with AI
A flag doesn't mean starting over. Fix with AI works across asset types — generate a corrected image, rewrite a flagged text passage in a document or deck, or correct slide copy directly in the report.
Flag detected
An issue is flagged in your report — a visual element, a text passage, or a slide.
Click Fix with AI
Open the fix flow directly from the flag card. Available for images, documents, and presentations.
Enter a prompt
Describe the correction, or use the suggested fix text provided by the analysis.
Generate the fix
For images, AI produces a corrected version of the asset. For documents and copy, AI rewrites the flagged text passage. For presentations, flagged slide text is corrected in place.
Compare before / after
Review the original and the corrected version side by side before committing.
Accept or try again
Keep the fix, or regenerate with a new prompt until the result is right.
Credits are consumed only when a fix is generated — browsing flags and comparing versions is free.
How long does analysis take?
Images & Documents
30-60 seconds
Video (up to 60s)
2-4 minutes (background processing)
Audio (up to 5 min)
1-2 minutes
Social Channel Audit (YouTube, 25 videos)
5-10 minutes
Video and audio run in the background — no need to keep the tab open. You'll receive a notification when your report is ready.
Creative Comparison
Compare two versions of any asset — upload both variants and CulturalLens runs the full cultural analysis on each. Side-by-side scores show which version is better suited for your target market.
Supported for: images, documents, audio spots, and video variants.
