How human verification works
Reports on Preflight, Clearance, and Enterprise plans are reviewed by a cultural compliance specialist before delivery. The specialist reviews AI findings, confirms or adjusts flag severity, and marks the report Human-verified.
Starter reports are AI-generated and clearly labeled AI Analysis. Human review is not included on Starter or during the free trial.
Human review covers cultural, regional, and brand compliance findings. It is a specialist review — not formal legal advice. Legal and IP flags are reviewed for flagging accuracy; they do not constitute legal clearance.
Human review fair use: Human review is included for standard analysis requests submitted through the CulturalLens platform. During beta, review capacity is managed to maintain quality. High-volume or time-sensitive needs beyond standard capacity are handled on Clearance and Enterprise plans. If you have specific volume requirements, contact us before subscribing.
