How credits work
Credit costs per asset type

Video and audio are calculated on actual duration, rounded up to the nearest minute. You always see the exact cost before submitting an analysis.
How to check your balance
Your current credit balance appears in the app header on every page. Click it to jump to billing for a full usage history.
How to top up
Go to Settings → Billing and choose a top-up bundle: 100 ($9), 500 ($39), 1,000 ($69), 2,500 ($149), or 10,000 ($499) credits. Top-ups are available on every plan.
What happens when credits run out
Analyses simply won't run without sufficient credits — there are never surprise charges. You'll see the shortfall before submitting and can top up in a few clicks.
Do credits roll over?
Credits from your monthly plan reset each billing cycle. Purchased credit top-ups never expire.
